SHIPPING SPEEDS

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment. If you see the 'Print On Demand' logo listed on the product page your order is estimated to arrive in 7-21 business days.
Kindly note that shipping times are estimated & we cannot make any guarantees. We appreciate your understanding!
  • Orders placed on the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will be processed & shipped the following week.
 
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment. If you see the 'Quick Ship' logo listed on the product pages, shipping times are as follows:
    • USPS First Class: 3-7 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

ARE PHENOM ELITE GLOVES LEGAL? 

Yes, they are. All of our football gloves are marked with the SFIA (Sports & Fitness Industry Association) standard logo to confirm to officials that Phenom Elite gloves meet the required standard. Our gloves are acceptable for in-game use at all levels of play including but not limited to the NFHS & NCAA. 

WHAT IS YOUR GLOVE WARRANTY? 

We stand behind our products and while Phenom Elite’s unofficial return policy is “we always want to do the right thing,” Phenom Elite provides you with our Warranty Guarantee that all materials used will be free from defects. We will repair or replace, free of charge, merchandise that proves to be defective in workmanship or material. 

Gloves must be returned to us within 45 days of purchase with its original sales receipt. Please be advised that this warranty does not cover tearing or peeling from normal wear or improper use. 

All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. All credits will be sent in the form of a discount code that can be applied to any future purchase.

WHAT IF MY GLOVES ARE STARTING TO PEEL?

This is completely normal! Our gloves are manufactured with a 3-layer grip technology, where if one layer peels with use the layer underneath will remain sticky & not inhibit the performance of the gloves. Unfortunately we can not provide refunds or exchanges for peeling gloves. 


RETURNING APPAREL, FOOTWEAR, AND ACCESSORIES? 

We want to ensure you are satisfied with our product. Apparel must be returned within 45 days of purchase unwashed, with its original sales receipt & with all tags still on. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on “custom-print” items due to on demand production.  

Footwear must be unused and packed as provided in its shoe box. Please note that we do not accept returns on socks or mouth guards due to safety precautions, unless the item you received is otherwise damaged.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY PACKAGE? 

We are sorry to hear that! We ask that you double check that your package has not been misplaced by another family member or neighbor. If your package still seems to be missing please file a ‘missing mailpiece’ claim with USPS to locate your package.

    ORDER CANCELATIONS 

    Due to current fulfillment volume once an order is placed it unfortunately cannot be cancelled or changed. If it turns out you still need to return or exchange items from your order check out our return policy above. 

    PRE-ORDER POLICIES

    When placing an order for a pre-ordered product you are given an estimated shipment date from which your order will ship from our fulfillment center. Please note this date is not a guarantee. 

    Once an order has been placed including a pre-ordered product please note no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made. 

    PRE-ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    All returns & exchanges for pre-ordered products must be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the shipment date.

    HOW CAN I FIND MY GLOVE SIZE? 

    In general, our gloves sizing run the same as any pair of football or baseball gloves in the industry. What you wear in other brands, you would also wear in ours. However, to get an exact size, please view the chart below. 

    Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. All measurements are in inches. All youth sizes are designated as YS, YM, YL — If there is no “Y” used as a prefix, assume the size is an adult size.

    Adult S 6.75 - 7.25 Youth S < 6.25
    Adult M 7.25 - 7.50 Youth M 6.25 - 6.50
    Adult L 7.50 - 7.75 Youth L 6.50 - 6.75
    Adult XL 7.75 - 8.25
    Adult XXL > 8.25

     

    HOW SHOULD I WASH MY PHENOM ELITE GLOVES? 

    Machine wash on cold water cycle with non-bleach detergent. To remove odor, we suggest washing with a tablet of anti-bacterial denture cleanser. Air dry. 

    CAN I RESTORE THE GRIP ON MY PHENOM ELITE GLOVES?

    Wipe your gloves down with a damp towel and the grip will be restored. 

    WHO IS YOUR SHIPPING PROVIDER? 

    In most cases, we ship with the United States Postal Service. (USPS). Typically USPS delivers all days except Sunday. 

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, Phenom Elite ships worldwide. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders. 

    DISCOUNT CODES 

    Unless otherwise noted, use of one discount code per order is standard. You may not use two discount codes on the same order.

    Phenom Elite is not responsible for any incorrect information entered by the customer during the ordering process. Phenom Elite will ship to the shipping address provided unless it is incomplete. In the event that an address is incomplete, Phenom Elite will contact the customer to complete the address and fulfill the order.
